HOW ARE CONSTRUCTIONS ASSESSED?
Environmental performance is assessed in various areas, with minimum requirements for project management, energy use, indoor environment (ventilation and lighting), and land use.
The assessment results in ratings such as acceptable, pass, good, very good, excellent, or outstanding.
